Dog‑Friendly Stay Guidelines:

Essential Action - Please call us to ensure acceptance of dogs before booking.

To keep stays comfortable for everyone - two‑legged and four‑legged - we ask families bringing dogs to follow these simple rules:

• Well‑behaved dogs only - friendly, calm, and used to being around children and other dogs.
• Up to two dogs per booking - unless agreed with us in advance, please call us.
• Dogs stay off furniture - including beds and sofas, to keep everything fresh for all guests.
• Bring your own dog bedding - we don’t provide blankets or crates.
• Never leave dogs unattended - inside or outside the property.
• Clean up after your dog - including the garden and any outdoor areas.
• Keep dogs on leads - around the property and village paths; beaches may have seasonal rules.
• Towel off sandy paws - please use your own towels before allowing dogs inside.
• Report any damage - accidents happen; we just ask to be told promptly.
